Host was very easy to communicate with. We did not have any issues, however host was always checking to make sure everything was satisfactory. Home was plenty large enough for our family stay. Master bed was a little uncomfortable, but guest room was very comfortable.

Nice sized house, 3 bed, 2 bath and useful kitchen and washer dryer with all needed soaps and kitchen supplies. Enjoyed the dedicated parking spot and driveway and had some fun activities in the fenced in front yard that I didn’t get time to use on this work trip. Great location next to the freeway. Thanks!

This place worked well for us. We liked having a small quiet outdoor area and the indoor spaces were spacious. The location was great for us to drive to the various places we needed to go. The place was very clean. Check in an out was simple. There was free off street parking. The neighborhood felt safe. Can't think of anything.

This was a fantastic rental home for my family’s trip. The home was very comfortable and I really appreciated that the basics were provided so we could simply enjoy being in San Diego and not rush out to buy household goods. The beds were very comfortable and large. The home was a fantastic size, very clean, and had many amenities that made our stay very easy and enjoyable. Thank you!

This loft has a sense of character and expansive space with its high ceilings/windows, and the details for longer stays are impeccable! I celebrate the little details the host provides for your stay, e.g. fresh towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, a fully stocked kitchen. Veena, the host, cares about comfort and details, and is fast to respond to any needs that may arise. She did her best to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Other details about my stay: walking distance to cafés, bars, restaurants, bakeries, and groceries. Also rooftop view reading my book while watching the sun sink behind Downtown’s hedge of buildings was a delight. Be mindful that this area contends with its share of homelessness.

The beds were super comfortable and the area was really quiet. The only thing we didn’t like which isn’t really bad was that there was no paper towel or Kleenex. I know they don’t need to supply that sort stuff but it’s typically something that is supplied.

Todo estuvo perfecto, es una casa bastante amplia, zona muy bien ubicada a 15 minutos de la Jolla y downtown, es una zona muy tranquila, la casa cumple con todas las expectativas, tiene 3 cuartos amplios y 2 baños, la cocina muy grande y la sala y comedor también, muy cómodo todo, estuvieron al pendiente siempre y fueron de mucha ayuda, sin duda regresaría.

I liked how clean it was. I have a toddler and cleanliness is really important to me. I also liked the backyard. It was safe for her and the dog to run around in.

Location was perfect, the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The house was very clean with modern appliances and plumbing. The coffee bar was a great bonus. The Beds were comfortable. The entire house is almost completely baby-proof, so it’s perfect for families with young children. Heating was mentioned in the listing under “Miscellaneous”, but we could not figure out if there was any Heating system or not. It got quite cold at night, but not unbearable. Plenty of blankets were available. I did not know the property was a duplex with a shared wall. This was not an issue for us, but I wasn’t expecting it so it might be an issue for others. We could definitely hear the other person through the wall.

Great location, close to the highway. Nicely decorated, very clean, and includes everything you need for a short or long stay. Cute fenced in yard, washer/dryer, grill, plenty of towels, ceiling fans plus extra fan in closet, a/c in every room (nice bonus), full kitchen, plenty of room inside and out for a big family. They even have a dog bed for furry guests! The owner is very quick to respond to texts. Easy check in and out. The beds were comfy and felt like everything was newly renovated. The pictures actually don't do this place justice. We will definitely be staying here again!!! Highly recommend! Honestly, a hammock in the front yard would have been amazing with the San Diego weather. I have nothing bad to say about our stay at all!!!
